When you are dealing with depression, having a Bible verse can really help. When you are down in the dumps, you tend to look for something to blame. This is where many people who have been depressed for some time go wrong. They try to pin the whole thing on their religious beliefs or on a past experience that they may have had.

The fact is, that these depression bible verses are there for a reason. You need to understand that. We all have them, yet most of us do not pay attention to them. Why? Because these passages tell us to turn our backs on God and to keep our problems to ourselves.
The depression bible verses plainly tell us, to not do that! Instead, listen to the almighty, who is able to help you, yes help you overcome this problem. The psalms are full of truths and wisdom that will help us see more clearly, so we can avoid the traps of confusion and get back on the right path.
Some of the most important examples of this type of verses are found in the book of Romans. The book of Romans is another powerful book of literature, that we should all read. In the book of Romans, we find many amazing examples of the righteousness of God. It starts off with a psalm that is so amazing, that we all have to read it twice just to be sure.
The first psalm is entitled, Behold, He is As Tall As the Wind. And it begins, Behold, he is like the breeze that bloweth where no man's shadow doth prevail. Next, we have the second psalm, And he that made heaven and earth is God. That last one is, For he is God's steward, and his Tempter, according to the time of his choosing. These two psalms clearly teach that God is not the author of our sorrow, but rather, that we ourselves are the authors of our own sorrow.
The last part of the book of Romans, called the Epistle of consolation to the church, also gives comfort to those in despair. It begins, Behold, you are saved from your misery. Then it continues by saying, Behold, ye are washed which now ye are cleansed; and the Lord himself hath set this down on record, That he would save him and deliver him unto his right hand, to have mercy upon him, and to heal him, and keep his word therefore. This simply means that we ourselves can do nothing to help our fellow man, but God can help our fellow man, and he does indeed work for such a purpose, namely, to give thanks to God for whatever he has done for us.
Many people feel sad and depressed, because they feel God has rejected them. If this is you then you need to believe that God has not abandoned you, but instead, he has rescued you. The last thing we need to remember when reading the psalm is that God was just looking for an opportunity for us to get back into his vineyard and taste the sweet wine of peace, and to enjoy the fruit of the kingdom of heaven. So, don't think too much about what God may have done to you, but rather, look at what God has done for you.
If you are having problems, and you think that God has abandoned you, then it is time for you to turn to the inspirational bible for help. I am sure you know the first thing that the inspiration Bible teaches. That is, to turn every situation into a good situation so that you can look forward to something better tomorrow. Don't ever give up! Believe that God loves you and will make things turn out for you in His way.
